Don't be so hard on John McCain. So what if he's a self-professed "computer-illiterate" (a term I despise, by the way)? The dude is an aviator. Not a pilot, but an aviator--the difference being that he got his A-4 Skyhawk shot out from under him by the Viet Cong and spent a good number of years at the Hanoi Hilton--much in the same way as former President George H. W. Bush got his TBF Avenger shot out from under him by the Japanese.
Both men are war heroes, in my opinion, and their computer skills don't even rate a blip on the radar--pardon the pun.
If you're going to rag on McCain, rag on McCain the politician--as he slowly turns himself into a George W. Bush Mini-Me. That's far more worthy of ridicule. |
